Fashion Gallery at eBay has announced the addition of four much-loved Australian designers to the fashion site. Australian designer brands Lisa Ho and Suboo are launching stores at the Fashion Gallery following acclaimed runway appearances at last month’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia, with Fleur Wood and Farage rounding out the new line-up.
One of the most well-received labels to show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Suboo is set to be a favourite on the Fashion Gallery website, with its range of sophisticated beach cover-ups, stunning kaftans and well-chosen accessories.
Fleur Wood’s cosy knitwear and whimsically feminine printed silk and embroidered pieces will be launched on the site, along with sharp suiting and shirting from Farage, for both men and women.
Lisa Ho’s highly covetable wardrobe staples, statement prints, bridal and evening gowns and lust-worthy accessories are set to be a highlight of the Fashion Gallery at eBay.
The inclusion of top Australian designers to the Fashion Gallery at eBay is the result of an ongoing expansion on the site, said Jo Hicks, Head of eBay Fashion Australia & New Zealand.
“Despite being relatively new to the Australian market, the evolution of the Fashion Gallery site is always front-of-mind for our team,” said Hicks.
“Almost seven million Australians are shopping on eBay every month, so everything we do is with a view to making the experience better for our fashionable shoppers,” she said.
On the launch of her brand to the site, fashion designer Lisa Ho said, “With Fashion Gallery at eBay, I can reach a whole new audience to the label; it’s very exciting.”
eBay Fashion Gallery is also gaining a solid reputation in the social media sphere, thanks to recent highlights including street photographer Candice Lake’s fashion week coverage.
Expertly curated editorial content is streamed daily to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Google Plus and Pinterest, led by a strong editorial team.
Launched in October 2011, online shoppers have been taking to Fashion Gallery at eBay in droves to access over 30 much-loved retailers, representing over 90 brands, from Pilgrim to Zanerobe. Recent retailers to join include Mesop, Viparo and Ladakh with more additions to be announced soon.
