A new events company targeting Australian women in business wants to shake up the Business & Personal Development Seminar Industry. Founded by Aussie Entrepreneur Serena de Comarmond (aka Serena DC), Nineteen Infinity Seminars creates events featuring successful female entrepreneurs as speakers, the first of which will be a 2 day summit in Melbourne and Brisbane next month.
Serena de Comarmond has a vision to transform the business seminar industry from drab to fab by creating events that feature real entrepreneurs and experts who have had their own personal successes in business, rather than speakers who deliver talk’s about their “theory” of how to make a business successful.
Serena believes that it is through these personal insights from highly successful business people and industry experts, that attendees to Nineteen Infinity seminars will gain the most valuable lessons.
“I am a mum and I am also an entrepreneur. Everyday I perform the juggling act of raising two kids as well as raising my other baby – my business. Is it easy? No. Is it rewarding? Hell yeah! I love what I do and I attribute my successes to learning the secrets to success from other trail blazing entrepreneurs who have gone before me and figured out how to turn a simple idea into a major success,” said Serena.
Nineteen Infinity’s first event will be the Secrets to Success Summit in Melbourne on 22-23 February and Brisbane on 25-26 February 2016.
Hosted by entertainer and entrepreneur Mel B, the two day summit will feature talks by founder of Carmen’s and 2012 Telstra Australian Business Woman of the Year Carolyn Cresswell, founder of My Budget Tammy May and the founder of Frank Body Erika Geraerts.
Serena de Comarmond says speakers will present in a more relaxed and interactive style allowing the audience to connect with each speaker on a more personal level. Every speaker will also give each attendee products or services from their business.
At the summit there will also be a free business expo. where attendees can enjoy sampling products and learning about new business opportunities whilst networking with other other attendees.
“We wanted to add something a little extra to our events so we created our Mini Infinity Expo. A women in business expo included within our event at no additional charge. The more value and excitement we can give our attendees for their ticket price, the better,” said Serena.
“Additionally, Nineteen Infinity include a business coaching session with every ticket to allow attendees to not only learn on the day of the seminar they attend, but also to create personalized strategies to help implement the lessons learned at the seminar to their own businesses. This step in the process is completely unique to Nineteen Infinity Seminars and will ensure greater outcomes for attendees.”
Nineteen Infinity will also be raising money for charity during the summit. To accomplish this a Gala Ball will be held at the BCEC in Brisbane on 26th February 2016. The Gala will be hosted by Mel B from the Spice Girls and will include musical performances as well as a fashion show and charity auction. Proceeds from the charity auction will be donated to help Share the Dignity.
Share the Dignity provides homeless and at risk women across Australia with sanitary products to allow them a sense of dignity at a time when they need it most. Share the Dignity believe that no woman should suffer the indignity of choosing between eating and buying sanitary items.
