Alghero is located on the northwest part of Sardinia island. They’re known for retaining the Catalan heritage that was left by their ancestor. You can enjoy several beaches here, and while you’re relaxing under the sun, you can book an overnight stay at the Villa Las Tronas and venture out in Costa Smeralda and Cala Gonone in the eastern part of the city the next day.
