Alternative Dispute Resolution for WA businesses

Monday 07 May 2012

Businesses in Western Australia (WA) now have access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service provided by the WA Small Business Development Corporation.

The ADR provides a low-cost means of resolving business-to-business and business-to-government disputes without the need for litigation.

The service includes an initial guided resolution to provide information, advice and guidance in helping you resolve your dispute. Subsidised mediation with an experienced, independent business mediator can also be made available if your initial guided resolution is not successful.

To access the ADR service or to find out more, visit the WA Small Business Development Corporation website.
