Oh no! Summer is almost upon you in the Northern Hemisphere and that means only one thing; running down the gym and tying yourself to the treadmill in a desperate attempt to fit into ‘that bikini’. Forget about cakes and crisps. Its time to cut back to cut the flab.

But before you re-mortgage the house to get a personal trainer don’t panic! Grab yourself an Olympic Athlete instead. Seriously, what better way to train then with the crème de la crème, although with a personal 200m best of 23.40 seconds let’s hope you can keep up with this one.

Olympic champion Kelly Sotherton is launching a campaign to get women healthy and has created a 35 minute work out podcast to help give women that bikini body. After returning from the 2004 Olympics in Athens with a bronze she has added a further 3 silvers and a gold to her medal collection. She is now here to help you get fit in time for summer.

Kelly Sotherton, is this year’s Olympic Games hope and with an already impressive array of medals under her belt including a bronze medal at the Athens 2004 Olympic Games and a gold at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, we’re sure she’ll do the UK proud!

In the web video below our colleagues in the UK catch up with one of the UK’s top sportswomen as she discusses her hopes for the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the importance to change your lifestyle in order to lead a better life.

There are 7 tracks accompanied by a Kelly Workout Guide to match your pace and to make sure you get the most out of your workout.
