Scholarships for the 2017 Executive Ready Program to support female leadership$4,000 scholarships are now being awarded to support female leadership development in the 2017 Executive Ready Program. The scholarship initiative is administered by Women & Leadership Australia (WLA) to support the nationwide launch of Executive Ready – WLA’s new flagship development program for mid to senior level managers.

Executive Ready is a leadership accelerator designed to stretch participants and propel them towards executive level performance, behaviours and mindsets. Developed by the country’s foremost authority on women leaders and their unique needs, Executive Ready is for women who want to lead more confidently, transform the performance of their team and fully realise their future career/life potential.

Created by Women & Leadership Australia (WLA), the country’s foremost authority on women in leadership, the program is informed and guided by consultation with many of Australia’s most talented and respected female leaders.

The Executive Ready program is approved for 12 credit points (25%) of Monash University’s Master of Leadership, enabling graduates to benefit from a structured pathway to the highest levels in advanced degree education.

Segmented into seven distinct but complimentary modules Executive Ready engages participants in a comprehensive exploration of effective leadership practice. Through a mix of expert tuition, experiential exercises, practical workplace application and self-reflection, the program creates an environment whereby participants remain engaged and challenged.

The standard program admission fee is $9,990. The admission fee covers all tuition, program related materials and access to the WLA online learning portal. Please note that the fee does not cover travel and accommodation costs associated with attendance at the face-to-face elements of the program.

Scholarship supported places will be awarded on merit, based on a formal application process. A maximum of 20 scholarship places will be awarded to women in each state during the launch phase. Scholarships will be awarded on an ongoing basis until all 20 have been allocated per state. Organisations are welcome to apply for multiple scholarship funded places.

Due to the exclusive nature of the program, admission is based on a rigorous written application process. Places will only be awarded to applicants demonstrating the appropriate qualities to contribute meaningfully to the program and a cohort of their peers. Interested parties should contact WLA’s Admissions Department to obtain admission documents and information.
