Life tweaks to get your mojo backAt some point, we will all find our lives becoming a little monotonous, mundane or just lacking a spark. It’s all perfectly normal and even those with the most exciting and coveted of lifestyles will find themselves a little down in the dumps occasionally. Some people are lucky and are able to just implement a drastic change by moving to a new career, a new country or changing a partner. For many others, these radical changes aren’t desirable or even necessary as all that’s needed is a little fizz, some effervescence to make life a little more entertaining. With that in mind, here are some life tweaks to get your mojo back.

Find a craft

Reacquainting yourself with a talent you’ve not used in a long time, or developing a new aptitude to create, can fill you with a new sense of purpose and improve cognitive development. If you can’t decide as to which craft is most appropriate for your particular skill set, just spend some time on Pinterest and look at the creations others are attempting. Just a word of warning, what you attempt might not look exactly the same as it did in the picture, reality vs. Pintrest shows that practise makes perfect!

Have a flutter

Wherever you are in the world it’s now possible to bring the excitement of Vegas to your phone, tablet or computer. Find a new band/singer to love

Being a little more altruistic can have a profound influence on the lives of others and your feelings. You don’t need to go full-Scrooge and start giving everything away, just perform a few simple deeds that will be appreciated by a stranger or someone already in your life. Studies have found that people who engage in regular selfless acts create in themselves, a lasting satisfaction that could be just the thing to put the spring back in your step. Whatever your mood or situation, there’s something out there to make it just that little bit better. Don’t be afraid to try something new and you could turn that frown upside down and be in a state of perpetual bliss.
