What motivates Australian businesswomen in international business? This is the question being asked by researchers from the University of Melbourne who are calling for survey participants from among Australia’s businesswomen community.
In addition to contributing your views to this vital research project, online survey participants also have the chance to win a Zafino lap top bag valued at $200.
In partnership with the University of Melbourne, Women in Global Business (WIGB) are keen to know more about who is undertaking international business and where. Researchers will investigate what motivates and shapes such international engagement, what barriers women may encounter and what mechanisms are utilised to achieve success.
The online survey for the research project, Australian Women in Global Business: Motivations and Barriers to Internationalisation, will take about 20 minutes to complete.
Women in Global Business, a joint Australian, State and Territory Governments initiative, intends to conduct member surveys on an annual basis. For more information about WIGB visit the website: http://www.wigb.gov.au
