If you are seeking to qualify for a career in Real Estate, the Real Estate Academy Australia (REAA) training centre is the place to be. The REAA offers Real Estate Training recognised throughout the country to produce the most highly trained recruits. The coaching at REAA is done by a team of industry professionals who are extremely qualified with the knowledge and experience to produce top real estate agents.

The REAA is recognised by the Office of Fair Trading for its nationally credited certificate and licensing real estate courses. Due to their high standards of professionalism and respect achieved over the years, Real Estate recruiters and employers most often seek out REAA trained individuals to join the industry.

Ramona Jedzejewski, Trainer

ramonaRamona has a unique understanding of the emotions involved in real estate selling, purchasing and renting of residential properties. This understanding was developed by Ramona with her education as an Honor’s Graduate with a Bachelor of Psychology. She can now pass on this empathetic understanding in the quality training she provides to up and coming Real Estate professionals at REAA.

With many years of recent real estate experience, Ramona is highly respected in both real estate dealings and training by all others who have had contacts with her. Her impressive track record has built a reputation of her being both confident and tenacious in her real estate negotiations. These qualities have led Ramona to join the REAA team.

Above all, Ramona knows how very important it is to personalize her approach to meet the needs of each individual client whether a buyer or seller. Her broad perspective of real estate experiences has built an insight that goes far beyond everyday transactions and a wealth of information to offer when selling sites for development, property or land that has renovation possibilities. Currently, Ramona is highly sought as a trainer due to her huge knowledge base, wide variety of experience and her approachable personality.

Denise Stanley, Trainer

deniseWith 25 years of real estate experience in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, Denise is exceptionally qualified to now continue with a career in professional training. Her far-reaching experience encompassed mentoring, managing property, being a business owner, investing in property, being an industry assessor and often requested to be a guest speaker. Denise has authored publications for the Real Estate Academy Australia and has written a great deal of up-to-date training material for the REAA, Real Estate Training Solutions, University of New England Partnerships and others. Denise’s zealous and animated training style creates an interactive, stimulating and enjoyable approach to learning.

Sarah Sturdy, Training Coordinator

sarahAfter growing up and working in the UK, Sarah and her family made Brisbane their home in 2012 by relocating. Sarah’s attention to detail is both fastidious and articulate. That unique personality characteristic combined with Sarah’s previous experience working in Intelligence of the UK Police and the European Funding Organization makes it obvious that performing at the highest levels is what makes her so suited to being a great Training Coordinator at the REAA. Sarah is always determined to succeed at whatever she does and is also a well-organised person. Her compassionate, professional and supportive nature makes all students and clients of REAA feel at home.
